Good to see. Demographic trends will need more retirement residences like this. We also need thousands of additional LTC beds to be built in the next few years to meet the growing demand for elder care and Dementia and the employees to staff these facilities.

Looks like they are basically doubling the size of the building that's already there. Seven storeys right up to the Wharncliffe property line is going to be quite the change to the streetscape along there. They sure are maximizing their use of the lot.
