#5 - I don't think this is the High Museum but I believe it's actually the Westin Buckhead (old Swiss Hotel), so it's purpose would be as a hotel. Very weird, I was just noticing the top of that building about 4 or 5 days ago.

Also, I think #33 is Downtown (Fulton Co. Prison?)
EDIT: I change my mind - don't think the prison has big windows like that. My guess is Decatur.

#10 - I think that's a hotel in Buckhead but I can't place the name

#15 - Are those at ADAC on P'tree Hills Dr.????

#22 - Is that the walkway into the RBC Building at Tech Square from the parking deck (near LA Fitness?)

#23 - Stadium at Oglethorpe University???

#25 - Looks like the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center

#30 - Looks to be 1180 near the top where the external shell part ends....
EDIT: Actually, with the curve at the end, maybe it's the side looking up to the top

#40 - World of Coke?

#41 - Falcon(s)?

#42 - First Church of Christ, Scientist (corner of 15th and Peachtree)

#1 - Savannah and Lacoste (South of France)

#9 - Is there a chance that is the back-side of One Atlantic Center?

#14 - Isn't this the Pinnacle Building in Buckhead which has the big arching roof with the garden deck?

#18 - you sure this isn't the site of the former State Archives/Records?

#36 - SunTrust ?

#37 - Allen Plaza (not sure which building)

Nice catch on the Varsity, CB_SONO, if that is correct. And, yes, I believe that is KFC to the east.

I deleted this from one of my posts, but now I am wondering if #21 is the Biltmore (where the porch is, facing GT)....

I didn't think it had ornate columns but I can see a french door opened which reminds me of the doors leading out to the 2nd floor smoking area there.

You are right...they are wrong! I added your correct responses to #'s 1, 14 and 18.

Yes, anyone know the name?

I changed the question to #24. The original seemed too random (architect of a nearby chapel). Hopefully this one will fare better.

#31 hint...its an older picture. The building under construction is about to open.

Still unanswered...
9, 10, 13, 21, 24, 27, 31, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 43.

Wow. These are great pictures!!!! Did you take them?

For #38 I'm going to say the Lowe Gallery.
For #39 I'm going to guess the Biltmore.

9. I feel like it has the words "Oak" or "Ivy" in the name... (I'm clearly stumped)
31. Is that Atlanta Financial Center that the buildings are being reflected in? Perhaps the building under construction is Sovereign?
