“What can you say? Colorado, and especially Denver, are hotter than ever,” Webber said.
“We have a lot in-migration, jobs, positive energy,” Webber said.
He said Colorado and Denver are the envy of the nation.
“Wherever I go, and I tell them I am from Colorado, people either tell me they wish they lived here or they are planning to live here,” Webber said.
Since marijuana is allowed to be talked about here in this thread..... I have to wonder if being the first state in the nation with easy (and legal) access to marijuana and its by-products has somewhere in the minds of an awful lot of people around the nation enticed them to leave (or at least want to) the b***s**t of their current jurisdictions and set out for the Great Experiment that is Colorado? And how many of them maybe better-off, well-to-do?
And after all of this time of legal pot.... the sky has yet to fall in.
Also, completely avoiding the marijuana subject in this article, how many jobs has the pot industry created here? And better paying jobs as well?
But..... no hard proof of this really, eh? Just what an amazing coincidence?
And now I wanna go smoke a joint.....
