philadelphia: comcast center construction in the fog

ain't that a bitch, anyway. two weeks straight of unbelievably clear, sunny, photo friendly weather and the one day i get access to the site, the clouds roll in. eh, what can ya do.

while it was a slow drizzle on the ground, it was driving wind and rain up top since, you know, you're in the middle of a cloud and what not. these are from last wednesday. the ones up high are from the 33rd floor (the highest with floor plates usable by non-labor). as of today, the concrete's at 52, the steel is at 46 or 47 and the glass is on 7ish.

more here if you're interested.

Very cool. How'd you get access to the construction site?

Great photos; scary altitude. Also, I don't think that I would want to take a swim at the Hotel Windsor any time soon.

Fog wishes it could look this good!

I don't really know what that meant, but Kudos for the shots, no doubt.
