Montreal really likes its charcoal brick. I am glad that they went with black framed windows instead of the cheap looking white/metallic ones.

I already like their impact on the new "lower" skyline.
And I'm enjoying to see the black brick, better than the white spandrel we saw in the renders.

Project is looking just wonderful so far - the quality differential with le Shittix is clear as day, although I'm still hoping the latter will look less cheap as a finished product.

The 3rd tower of the phase 1 project (6 in total) has begun site prep a short while ago. It looks like 20 floors and it will be rentals.

Should we put this in this thread too, seeing is it is part of phase 1?

So you are saying that Phase 1 will include 6 towers? all south of Wellington Street? And what they are planning on Peel north of Wellington is another phase? I'm getting lost on this whole project.
