The Director of DPD is convening the Design Review Board for its recommendations regarding the proposed development.


PROJECT DESCRIPTION



The proposal is for a high rise, 34-story, and 300-unit apartment building with 6,437 sq. ft. of ground floor retail. Parking for 387 vehicles will be located on six levels of above and below grade parking.


PROCESS


At the Design Review Board meeting the applicant will present information about the proposed design and how it responds to the Design Guideline priorities established at the Early Design Guidance Board meeting on May 23, 2006, regarding this site; the public may offer comments regarding the proposed design; and, the Design Review Board members will offer to the Director of the Department of Planning and Development their recommendations regarding the design.

Date: Tuesday, January 23, 2007

Time: 5:30 p.m.

Location: Seattle City Hall

Board & Commission Room L280 (you will need to use the 5th Av entrance after 6 p.m.) (If 5th Av doors are locked, to gain access, press red door button south of doors for the security guard. Use center elevator to access L280.)
