Real nice Tower Edmonton! And even better prices!! The latter render is a lot better, tall & slender! Looks like what you'd see in TO or Vancouver.

The 40 storey Encore Tower will be going to sales mid year, it will have a huge impact on the downtown skyline.

Indeed it will... 3 office towers, 4 new condo towers, a few smaller infill, our new arena and a bunch more coming.

About a 1/3 of those, left side and central of image will be gone by the arena and district alone.
