If they are adding the blueskin membrane now, I wonder if they are planning on putting up the brick soon?

Lots of brick and other materials unloaded today and now on site. Hopefully we can see some exterior progress next week.

Excellent updates Rockyview! I'm guessing that the corner they are starting on will be the on site show suite.

Yes correct, one of the guys on site told me the North West corner is where the show suite will be.

From The Park's website this suite is a 2 story with 1152 sq. feet on the main floor and a small patio. The second floor has the 2 bedrooms totaling 628 sq. feet along with a 310 sq. foot terrace.

Looking forward to seeing it, but they need to get their arse's in gear if they plan to meet the May timeline as promised.

Yep. I'm guessing the inside still needs a fair bit of work.

I wonder if it's just enough window stick to cover the show suite or a large enough amount to get this one back on track?

Should have taken a close up, but here is an exclusive look at the first windows installed at The Park. These windows are from the suite beside the show suite so I would think that at least the first floor will be done for opening day.

Starline Windows have done a number of projects up and down the West coast including Calla here in Calgary just West of The Park on 14th Ave. S.W.

These black window frames don't look too bad.

I took a peek into the new show suite on the NW corner and it looks like the kitchen is almost in. This is going to be a classy looking building and such a great addition to the area.

They did some street paving on Friday afternoon and hole in the ground is now almost filled.

Windows and doors now installed on both floors of the show suite. I have heard that the show suite will have a Smart Home package installed that is being offered to all suite owners.

It looks like they took some of the hoarding off of 2nd street.
