I very much doubt it. They might be close to topping out by late 2015, but I don't see the tower being completed and finished by then. I am, however, happy to be wrong.

Did anyone else see the cladding? My phone died.

It looked pretty decent but it's still hard to tell how they'll execute the curvature.

While the podium is big, the tower portion seems kinda small...guess it will look different when more of it is actually complete.

The tower floorplate, looks to be about half that of the Xerox Building next door, but it will be more than 2.5 to 3 times as tall as that building.

To my untrained eyes it looks good, if a tad dirty. Same old variations of teal that we see far too much of, but the contouring will make it special.

Couldn't care less about the colour or its" cleanliness". It's quality for a residential tower. The curved panels makes it extraordinarily extravagant.

Looks beautiful. Such a refreshing change for this neighborhood compared to junk like Crystal Blu and Milan.
