Speaking of cranes in North Philly: the PHA HQ site has shoring equipment on site. We should be seeing a crane over this site very soon!

since that building is so short I presume it wont be tower crane. I think the next tower crane will be either the HUP project, 1324 N. Broad, The Harper or the View 2

There's been some pie-in-the sky development proposals along the delaware river over the years, but any proprosals here seem more realistic from a financial and feasible standpoint.I can see developers working on mix used towers and/or complete risidential towers here due to the attractiveness of the location next to the river and its proxy to old city/society hill enclave.
