Great find. The top rendering from page 8 looks like it's just been lifted from Broadway and used there. As active as Baydo has been here, there's a whole new level of opportunities for them in the GTA.

Yes, it looks like the accounting(?) firm has moved into the second floor and there definitely are people living there. There is at least one balcony with Christmas lights on it.
