Nice update. I've been wondering how this one has been progressing. It seems to be going up rather slowly.

Judging by the progress shown in the photos on this page, it's being built entirely by Two Guys Named Larry. But at least they managed to get the skeleton of the first two floors partially outlined, so it's safe to assume that our grandchildren will still be alive to witness the grand opening.

Holy shit, I forgot all about this one...and to correct you Tech House...one of those guys is working on the library. There is one guy and one supervisor working at each site, or so it seems...

To be honest, after seeing the latest renderings I'm fine with them taking their time on this one. As it stands right now it doesn't look much different than the two-story parking garage it replaced.

Great updates all around Downtown LSM. This one is my favorite in this thread:

Check out the angles on the interior supports. Is it me or will they have a interesting lobby that is disguised in a plain box

I found a much bigger rendering of this project on Journeyman Construction's website.

HOTEL INDIGO — HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS

Looks like it will at least have some art on one side.

Bigger is better, well maybe not.

That same slope on the other side of the street is why Hyatt House is skipping out on retail which makes sense. But it would be great if they would have some art or commission a mural that if good enough, would become another one of those local iconic photo ops.

I really don't mind the look of this one. But with the signage minus the hotel part and the silver or gray accent stripes, this almost could pass as an office building, or a hospital.

I'm guessing those little windows are bathrooms. If so, that is kind of a nice old fashioned touch. Most hotel rooms have the bathrooms tucked back towards the room entrance and hallway.

The back part kind of surprised me. It actually looks nice. Now let's hope the outside facade doesn't look so bad.

Me too. From the renderings, I assumed a rectangular box. This is looking nicer regardless of the facade.
