That's the Commonwealth Recreation and Community Centre.

awesome pic, flattering angle of the area and great to see the stadium full
looks like there's some construction roughly dead center, just above the stadium. are they building an underpass there?

while I know the city will continue to prioritize new lines, I think it'd be a huge win for the area if the track was elevated from stadium area over to the northern side of 118 av.
lets you get 118 back up to grade without impacting LRT, and allows for other parts of the grid to reconnect like 115 av, plus gets rid of a couple major grade crossings at 82 st and 112 av.
always thought there was huge TOD potential for stadium area, and now there's plenty of room to grow with Northlands fading out..

They are doing a local connecting road at grade to the new Muttart Urban District.
