They need to hurry up and build the other proposed tall buildings near it. This looks super odd and out of place right now. But I am excited for yet another skyline within New York. Just super awkward right now.

I'm assuming that the item behind the glass is a carousel.

I'm asserting that the juxtaposition of the HY towers in the distance is awesome.

I'm assessing the damage that the Verizon atrocity continues to do to the City Hall skyline node.

I'm expecting this project here to have some company within the next five years at the latest.

Look a that location.....

When I am asked to define the INJUSTICES of life I will say that Nouvell's MoMA's Tower masterpiece not being placed in the prominent location that this awful tower is in defines how randomly unfair life is.

One war crime was the reduction in height for Verre. That should be punishable by public lashings on the Spanish Steps in Times Square for the world to see.

Damn shame too, because the crap developments can flock at their desire, but get something thats a masterpiece, and THEY reduce it in its scope. Like look at Tower 5th for example. Imagine Verre at that height and with that kind of skyline impact...

But at the end of the day, we do have a work of art. One for the architecture books and the legacy will be known!
