If there's anywhere that would allow it in Windsor, that's the place. Put in plenty of street level cafes, restaurants, and other shops to cater to both residents and the riverfront crowd.

There are many high-rises along the eastern section of Riverside Dr. With the major cluster being an area of high end condos across from Reaume Park, it is it's own little skyline. We definitely need to encourage more in the DT area though, I just wish someone would take a chance and propose one and see what the response is.
