Buckhead is so frustrating. Look at all the density in that picture! But it's so auto-oriented and the lack of a street grid or a nice ped/bike environment really hold the area back in terms of urbanism. All of the buildings are like isolated islands.

Looks like it addresses Peachtree well. With the three office floors and whatever that crown is called, this looks like it will be Buckhead's tallest after Sovereign and MO.

By the way, what was the trick to have the images show up normal sized from Flicker?

Flickr I believe you have to edit the photo to change the file and/or compression size. Imgur you can just add a lower case letter "L" before the .FileType to change to a more appropriately sized image.

From flic.kr, once you select share and then "BBCode" (or something like that) and it should give you the option of selecting different sizes.

They are using the fly-form method, this is shooting up and I guarantee it will be topped out before the Alexan....

The parking is not integrated into the tower as it is for Alexan. That makes a huge difference in terms of construction. It doesn't appear that Icon has even started on the parking deck. It is what it is.

Okay. The point is that they do not have to integrate the parking into the structure with the residential. It's a separate, attached structure which makes it much easier and quicker to build the tower.
