According to Wikipedia the height of the building is 55,5 meters - according to an article in the newspaper "Berliner Woche" (
https://www.berliner-woche.de/mitte/...-mitte_a141585) the height is around 50m.
In total it is very unlikely that the height is "only" 43m as stated in the database here since the building itself has 14 floors (1 rather high atrium of around 4,5 meters and 13 floors of around 3meters each) together with a small add-on on the roof of about 2 m a height of 55 meters (including the flagpoles on top) ~50 without seems more likely.
