Anything said about the parking garage expansion? I did see something in the elevator at the RCMP building about it a couple weeks ago, but it sounded more like repairs rather than adding to it like originally planned.

And it actually makes sense the address is 517. I think the thread was started using 515 because the plaza at the corner is 515 and half of it was demolished for this building. But the plaza is still 515.

Nothing about the parking garage expansion. Residents don't have any problem finding parking there but the building isn't full yet. Right, the commercial properties are 515 and the tower is 517.

Nice. What sorts of amenities are there? Hope you have a good view.

Amazing view....I'll take photos at some point. There's a fitness room, sauna and pet terrace. The building has a very narrow footprint so only 5 to 6 units per floor.

I would think parking would be easier now, as a lot of people aren't in the office and as you say, the apartment building isn't full yet either. But eventually people will return to offices, and Harrison Pensa is moving in to the RCMP building next year as well. Hopefully Old Oak has a plan for that
.

Nice photo from the article though.

I really like how this building turned out. I had some family come from out of town in the fall and they commented on how cool the building looked as well.
