They are putting up the top floor right now. Then there is the "roof deck" which will add some more height but very nearly topped out.

Um, I think they need a new level, the building looks a bit crooked.

Thanks for the photos.

its quite amazing how fast this building is moving along. Seemed like all the old proposal took years just to hear new info about.

Yeah, Surrey can finally be happy that after all those years of proposals finally it has a decent amount of quality projects being built, including a new tallest for the city (and its first true skyscraper being over 150 meters).

This looks quite impressive in person. If you guys thought that this was too small of a structure for the area think again.

Maybe I need to see this in person, but the "kink" looks really weird and ugly. Not many buildings posted on SSP give me this kind of reaction.

Indeed. These are quality, city-building projects that aren't just your run-of-the-mill condo development. I can't wait to visit Surrey once all these projects are done.

Thanks.

Reminder of what the glass will look like.
Note that the stairs shown at the corner have been replaced with a doorway,
and the other office block has changed form, but this is the clearest render of the Coast Capital Savings building.

According to Linda Hepner that LRT there could be under construction by 2015 if she gets elected. Phase 1 (Surrey Central - Newton Exchange) & Phase 2 (Surrey Central - Guildford Exchange)

I'm still not sold on LRT along King George / 104. At-grade transit could block off a lot of busy intersections.

So I was driving by the medical office building just last night and it looked to be emptied out. Didn't really get a good look at it but if my sight is still good then this is a good sign to see that one going down here really soon.
