Despite the uncertainty over oil prices, Houston continued to add jobs in November, up 16,000 from October and 125,000 since November of last year. Total job count is now 2,955,000. And the unemployment rate is 4.5%.

Architects give building a playful design

"...HSPVA principal Scott Allen said the building has been designed to provide students with more places to informally perform.

"They won't be practicing and rehearsing in the hallways anymore," Allen said...."
