I count 25 office floors at best. It certainly won't be 30 or more.

I actually counted 63 floors on the model as well, however, that isn't including the rooftop park level, which will have an interior section for amenities as well (as far as I know) so it could actually be 64 floors, since the mech. will be included with the rooftop park level.

Chad: I counted 31 including the first 2 floors. The higher/taller floors I counted as office.... Right?

According to the developers, it will be 26 floors of office, but that was before the floor count increase. So who knows I guess.

they might have increase the office floor or residential floors but that is a good news that there is an increase in floors.

^^ Ya, know kidding! Usually, after they announce a development, after a while the tower usually gets chopped down in height/floors... so this is a good sign!!

If so, will be nice for Calgary to break over both 60 floors (Telus) and over 800' (Brookfield) in the same boom period!

the model shows 63 floors. i am going with that because it is most likely the closest thing to the actual tower that the developers have made to date. if any changes where made they would be on this model here. so... i think that somewhere along the way, they decided that the tower would be better off being 63 floors instead of whatever preceded that increase. i'm allowed to believe that right? hahaha

Good lord. Those unit prices are going to be out of this world. Freaking amazing location to live, though (aside from food amenities... Closest you have is Sunterra)

It is a grocery chain that also includes a restaurant and this location includes a rooftop patio. It is inside the Keynote complex. The food at the restaurant is fresh and delicious
