BVN Architects Design 25-Storey Tower for Brisbane Suburb

Quote:
A low-slung office building will be reduced to rubble if plans for a 25-storey commercial tower in the central Brisbane suburb of Fortitude Valley go through. A development application was recently submitted by Cornerstone Properties, who has proposed a BVN-designed office project for 301 Wickham Street.

New Design for World Class Land's Supertall Condo Tower in Central Brisbane

Quote:
Since its introduction back in early 2016, designs have been dramatically changed for the proposed supertall condo from World Class Land, known originally as 240 Margaret Street. Below, the tower's first and second iteration, the latter known by its current designation of 30 Albert Street, can be seen, as a point of contrast with the current design scheme pictured thereafter.

Curvaceous Abian Botanic Gardens Reaching Final Height

Quote:
Arguably Brisbane's most cherished park, the City Botanic Gardens is a haven for rare botanic species. The green space has provided residents with a temporary reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding busy streets of the central business district since 1855. As the park's diverse plant life continues to blossom, a skyscraper has also sprouted from the earth just steps away.
