I like the last two also because it has WTC 7. There is only a few angles you can get to see that from outside manhattan

Finally! I was getting so tired of looking at an outdated empty pit of dirt.

HOLY!!!!... about time!
Wow. such a great perspective/overview of the site... The memorials really are the highlight here... the look so sharp, perfect, and surreal! even the trees!... almost photo-shopped!

and the basically got 1WTC, right when the floor is a near-perfect octagon!

FInally. Shame the terrain still shows a hole in the ground. But I noticed something... look at the whole of NY, and it's very green! Lots of GREEN trees xD

Here you can do a compare and contrast. Use the image on top to compare.

World Trade Center Before 9/11

World Trade Center After 9/11 (Ground Zero)

A few pics I took on Friday, July 15, between 6pm and 7:30pm (more or less). I hadn't been to the WTC construction site in a couple of months. Great to see the progress in person!

Does anyone know if they are going to redo West Street and straighten it out after this is all done?

They are also updating the development of 1 WTC in Google Earth.

This may be the only way I'll update on the site without being there in person.

Yes, of course they will!

Almost everything on West Street near the WTC is temporary. From the traffic signals to the road, it will all be fixed once this construction mess is done.

This picture you posted above- there's a picture from a similar angle from '76, here's a comparison.

Okay, maybe not so similar. But wow, what a change 35 years makes.
