BTW, love this building more with every update. Might be my favorite in the world.
More skyscrapers than HK? What does skyscraper mean? Hong Kong has twice as many 200 meter buildings than Shanghai. Shanghai probably has more 80-100 meter apartment blocks though just because of the mass of the city, maybe?

You're probably right that above a certain height, HK pulls ahead. You're last sentence gets at my impressions of both cities. Highrises is probably a better word to use. In the end, both skylines are insanely impressive.

Just back last night, incredible trip and loved Shanghai.

More to follow, but a few for now.

It looks to be a visual deception. Regardless, this is turning out to be a wonderful tower.

Truly stunning in person for a modern tower.

True. It was just from that angle.

I think the World Financial building is an even better building though smaller. But I still like the curves of this building.

Hey! They sneaking into the entire building. He could be arrested for trespassing charges. They did not have a permission to go into the building. He can't go inside without security clearance. He will not allowed to go on the property.

I am looking forward to see the exterior lighting pattern more than any other aspect of this beauty.

I hope it is very subtle as she is truly a beauty... nothing garish or over the top.

Maybe some subtle lighting in the notched out portion, which would accent the shape.

I'd say it needs no lighting scheme, just the lights within the building.
