Well, this one caught my attention first because there are so many updates for it. Don't get me wrong, the construction photos are nice but I just think this one (as well as those others you are referring to) belong in the respective city rundown threads; just seem to be more accessible that way, granted this is just one person's opinion.

Great to see all the horrid parking lots going away and awesome to see the light rail line in operation finally.

This one is turning out to be a "toned down" version of the rendering. There's a lot less glass than the render.
