I'm not able to read the elevations because the print is so small, and when I zoom in on it the quality decreases.
Where did you find that? Is there another link?
Heh, the planning commission is a wealth of information. Click on Agendas on the left-hand side. There's no other link that I can see. But there is some other stuff on there, particularly about the Cirrus Logic expansion.

this whole "it's not a terrible design" stand has GOT TO CHANGE for some new projects. I understand filler, but c'mon. Who is approving these lackluster designs?
They're files 19 through 26. They show it to be 136 feet tall from the corner of 9th & Red River. It's shorter when viewed from the other sides since the elevation increases as you move west. If it were complete today it would be Austin's 121st tallest building.

I hope the lowest parts of the building looks more like the previous rendering than this sign.

I agree completely. The color scheme on the previous rendering and several other details are missing from the current render. The upper floor window arrangement is also different and cheaper looking. I hope they did not do a bit of bait and switch once they realized there would be little opposition to this project. I lack the skills, but maybe somebody could post a side by side comparison of the two renders. Maybe it is not too late for a little SSP input for this project.
