From least distance to longest, and distances are in nautical miles:
Washington 476
Pittsburgh 680
St. Louis 1032
San Jose 1232
Tampa Bay 1966
Dallas 3412
Islanders 4356
Nashville 10 603
Nashville is over double the next closest team.
Another not, thus far Nashville and Tampa are the only teams who have had to play outside their time zone. Tampa has crossed twice (once in each direction) while Nashville has crossed 6 times now (3 in each direction)

Round two update, the four teams left have travelled the following amounts thus far:
Tampa: 1966 (round 1) + 2020 (round 2) =
3986nm
Pittsburgh: 680 (1) + 816 (2) =
1496nm
St Louis: 1032 (1) + 3330 (2) =
4332nm
San Jose: 1232 (1) + 7788 (2) =
9020nm
Interesting fact for the second round: San Jose travelled more distance each time they stepped on the plane this round than Pittsburgh has travelled the entire 2016 playoffs thus far. San Jose to Nashville is ~1950nm each way.
Sucks that Nashville and Washington both lost, that leaves St Louis as my favored team to win now.
