Should be fascinating once the two towers of the actual CHUM start rising!

Great angles, much appreciated! Man, the CHUM ensemble is going to be a monster!

It's a shame this design wasn't retained (and it kept the structurally sound Videotron building). It is a lot more attractive.

Bof...

It's incredible how many churches there were back in the day. Just look at this photo: 3 of them, all Roman Catholic, and all a few blocks from each other.

With the one they tore down to make way for the hospital, that made 4!

This area is in dire need of new dense development, and at least, slowly, this is being accomplished with the CHUM and the 10-17 floor projects on Rene-Levesques. The Radio-Canada lands remain to most crucial aspect of this though, and it doesn't seem to be taking off in any way...

Broccolini GP Inc. (Broccolini LP II) – Fengate Capital Management Ltd. – Broccolini Construction Inc. – Urban Capital Property Group – Development McGill – Béïque Legault Thuot Architects – Quadrangle – Cofely Service Inc. – Dupras Ledoux – CLA Experts-Conseils – GH+A – National Bank Financial – McMillan LLP – Enermodal Engineering – Aercoustics – Public Work – Marchand Houle & Associates Inc.

• SNC-Lavalin/Prével :

SNC-Lavalin Inc. – Alliance Prével Inc. – Daoust Lestage – Intercom Services Immobiliers Acertys Inc. – Aedifica – Artec Consultants Inc. – Menkes Schooner Dagenais Létourneau Architectes – SNC-Lavalin O&M – SNC-Lavalin Construction – SNC-Lavalin (Capital).

Rico don't underestimate Montreal, the beast is awakening from 20 years of low activity!

It looks better than what's coming up the ground at the MUHC.

Well I like it a lot. And I can't wait to see the two 20 storey towers that are going up next door.
