Mods don't forget post #298. Building is complete. I noticed everything else was moved except the building that is complete, with a valid number to the office and pics showing its completion.

New information confirms a unit change, and a name change.

Biscayne landing ---> name change to -------> SoLeMia

AND

6000 Units ----> to ----------> 4390

So we have:

MIAMI | SoLeMia (4390 Units) | 16 x 25 FLOORS | FT | 25 x (10-14 FLOORS) | FT

If a mod could change this please, it would mean accurate referencing, and also for those in the real estate community that might want to use it for info.

Also because it improves accuracy.

Should be: NEW YORK | 15 E. 30th St | 730 FT | 48 FLOORS

Recent DOB diagrams indicate the floors and height. Received a height decrease.

Some concrete evidence showing that 11 East 31st Street is under construction. Which is good because this is a very obscure tower.

Please move The Jordan to U/C and change name. It is currently titled Uptown Plaza. Official height is 263 ft. Thanks!

Along with that request, could a mod change the title for "30 East 31st Street" to:

NEW YORK | 30 East 31st Street | 410 FT | 35 FLOORS

VG revealed some data showing the height, a diagram, and floors.
