i completely forgot about this project, we really need a diagram for this tower! strange thing though that ctbuh still lists it as proposed...

i guess it has to do with those two phases of construction, where phase II will be the actual construction of the tower.

I did this building in the past (when I wasn't that good at drawings), but it didn't get approved.

I will do a drawing of this building soon.

very nice ! I would do as well, but seems you more appropriate, because it can't be seen all sides of building in this pic.
