It could be that Zenari's is being pushed out because the Weston's plan to expand their Eataly Italian food concept across Canada?

^ Note the clever wording: "current plans". Which doesn't necessarily mean "future plans as of Sept 1"

They've done a couple short term deals over the past few years. I don't think they know what they want to do long term

Maybe I'll just polish off that bottle of open champale and keep another one in reserve?

The Board Room men's spa in Commerce Place has been closed for a couple of weeks now - sign on door says "due to unforseen circumstances". Anyone know what happened? I hope they reopen, I still go there a couple of times a year to get some work done on myself.

Edmonton getting Saks Off 5th outlet store
Luxury retailer Saks Fifth Avenue is opening its first Edmonton Saks Off 5th outlet store in September as part of a major expansion across Canada.

The 3,000-square-metre shop in South Edmonton Common will offer some of the 800 brands in the chain’s lineup, the company says in a news release.

Looks like the Board Room has closed in Commerce Place. Sad, I was going in once a year get some work done on myself. But maybe that space and the departing KPMG can be used for one large retailer like Simons.

The reception desk can see out, that's about it...

When will people get it? Also, this is in contravention of the zoning bylaw...

If in contravention with the bylaw, what repercussions are there?
