That parking lot would be an awesome candidate for a 200 meter tower.

Id love to see a mixed use development and vertical mall here. In a dream world, it would look like Galleria Vittorio Emanuele.

Technically Karma shouldn't be on the list already as The Amazing Brentwood 2 is already under construction:

Brentwood 1 is in the foreground and brentwood 2's slab and tower crane can be seen directly behind it.

Word is Brentwood 3 is entering sales very soon and should make the list as well.
