I didn't travel too much during 2012; my partner and I usually shoot for two noteworthy trips a year. Since we went to Key West in December 2011 and I turned 40 in 2012, he splurged and treated me to a vacation to Los Angeles and the set of 'Hot in Cleveland'. I'm not complaining Here are the best from that set, imho:

Los Angeles - April 2012

Inland Empire - view from the Ortega Highway:

San Clemente Shores:

Laguna Beach:

Had to include this, one of the rare times where my partner actually went along with my goofy suggestions to 'strike a pose' - Rodeo Drive:

Sunset view from the rooftop pool of the L'Ermitage in Beverly Hills:

Downtown Los Angeles from the L'Ermitage:

Beverly Hills City Hall from the L'Ermitage:

Storefront in West Hollywood:

Of course, that leaves just the photos I've taken around Cleveland and Northeastern Ohio. Again, I'm not complaining

Yes, that's a Buckminster Fuller geodesic dome:

Absolutely outstanding, Shawn! Although I have a bad habit of perusing photo threads without commenting on most, I consider you a very gifted photographer and enjoy everything you post.

You also make me homesick quite often...

My photos were few and far between last year but here's one image I took while I was in Norway. This is the opera house built in 2008 and was the architectural building of 2008,

With a newborn in the family, 2012 wasn't much of a shooting year, but I still managed to get the camera out now and then.
