I rather like this tower, it's sleek & clean looking. NYC is in another world to try to develop a tower at. So, designing isn't quite as easy as 1 might think. Plus, Kaufman serves a niche market, those on a strict budget, so kudos to him for being able to do that.

Very streamlined and sharp tower, like it a lot. However, I wonder what the logic was to not take advantage of corner window placements? Hotels warrant this kind of window layout?
