Nearing completion but no thread, Solstice is built next to the hyper dense area of the Bell Centre cluster of downtown Montreal. This area's population grew by nearly 400% between 2016-2021 and other projects will continue adding to the increasing population.

Solstice will have 330 units over 44 floors, not sure if the commercial competent is still planned though

What an extremely hyperdense change from the bombed out late 80s/early 90s for that stretch.
