The construction of the $85 million, 18-story WestStar Tower office building will begin in about two weeks.
That's the projected start time after many of the city's business and government leaders celebrated the project's symbolic groundbreaking on a hot Wednesday morning under a white tent on a blacktop parking lot at 601 N. Mesa St. and Missouri Avenue, where the building will be constructed.
