This had a weird progression

Proposed > Cancelled > Proposed > Under Construction

I think this one just got (very understandably) confused with the other fairly recent and quite similar in appearance proposal by the same developer that this tower essentially replaced. The rendering of that tower is on the first page of this thread.

There is a wonderful movie highlighting this and several other developments Giarratana has built in the downtown/Church Street area.
