Weird project. $100 million for 65 units means $1.5 million average cost/unit. Maybe they mean delivered value instead of cost but that’s still quite high, especially in a less-than-prime location.

They’ve built some stuff before, so maybe it’ll happen. Just seems…odd.

I'm sure they mean construction cost. Nothing unusual about $5 million per floor. The units will probably sell for $2-4 million.
