I am amazed to see how deep this one has gone. It looks to have up to a P5.
That's what I thought too. It also looks like they are done going any deeper. I saw it yesterday, and it appears they are just levelling it off now. Won't be long before we see a crane.
Awesome. With this, Avenue, and West Village, the West End is going to be getting a good 1000 new residents over the next 6 years or so.

A lot of people hate it but I don't mind it at all. The design is far superior to Five West, which isn't so bad. I think it could look fairly elegant if done right. It's just great to see such height going up for residential in the west end, and a good thousand new residents in the west end between Vogue and Avenue
