As it was known centuries ago,because of the famous Angora goat and its cashmere,then the name was changed to Ankara as the capital of Turkey.İt has a population of about 4,5 million within the city limits and it does have some few skyscrapers.A city,in fact,much older than İstanbul,once was the seat of ancient ''Hitites'' and the Romans.Situated in a valley and in a vast area of the ''steppe'' region of Anatolia,enjoys being a modern big city with lots of parks,artificial lakes.Seat of the lousy government also...
