Mind-Boggling Lower Manhattan Panorama

This was taken by RFC Graphics. He's kind enough to provide us mere mortals with ridiculous shots at SSC. Warning: You may lose yourself in the density.

Mind-boggling indeed!

I love how you can almost make out some of the buildings on and around Sandy Hook.

I was thinking "not all that mind boggling" until I scrolled all the way down to the Flatiron building! It would be still more impressive if I had a 30" monitor with which to view it, however.

Must have been a weekend - 230 Fifth looks packed.

Very detailed and clear, I can see several friends' apartments.

Must be a telephoto or something because the depth of field is very compacted. Realistically, it would take you maybe an hour and a half to walk briskly from the foreground of this photo to the tip of Manhattan.
