Dernière avant mes vacances, et les leurs aussiprobablement...

Le tunnel pour l'entrée du centre Bell avance, et ils enlèvent le tuyau qui se trouvait sous le site...

Ils ont aussi creusé, jusqu'à un mètre peut-être, comme on peut le voir sous l'ancienne entrée de la gare, et à l'angle que fait le camion plate-forme avec les bout de tuyau...

Une chose est certaine: ce chantier bouge en titi. Mais je persiste a croire que le roccabella sera le premier a se rendre au top.

Je crois plutôt que ce sera la Tour Deloitte qui sera complétée en premier. Mais dans les grands projets résidentiels (Avenue, TDC, Roccabella, Icône), ce sera le Roccabella certain. Au moins, la construction a débuté dans les quatre projets!

C'est tres probable, Mais j'ai l'impression que la certification LEED ralentissera la monter du Deloitte. Le roccabella est juste cheap, et en conpetition directe avec tout ses voisins. Anyways, on va voir qui aura raison!

Quelqu'un sait s'il y aura des boutiques le long de la rue De la Montagne? Ça pourrait expliquer pourquoi ils démolissent le muret...

That comment begs an interesting question: where are the scalpers going to do their business now that all open spaces are no more? I suspect their job has now been made much harder.

And Avenue des canadiens is gonna be a real clusterfuck for the next 3 years, I'd imagine.

Mise à jour...!

Ils creusent... On le voit pas d'ici haut, mais sous les bureaux des contremaitres, il y a au moins 6-7' de creusé, avec des panneaux de bois...

How much time does it usually take from the start of the preparation site to the beginning of construction? Seems like these towers have been "site prep" forever!

There is a lot of hard materials to excavate. I am not sure what type of rock exist under Montreal. Obviously hard enough since the Roccabella site, which is nearby, has to blast their way down.

The TDC won't go as down as the Rockabella though, because the metro runs right below it...

My guess is that they will excavate as much as they can, then wrap around the subway tunnel...
