The Financial District has changed so much since I left New York in 2011 (and it had already grown a good deal by that point). It seems to be becoming a real, desirable neighborhood these days. This tower will look great! Woolworth is my favorite in this area, though.

I arrived here in 2011 - I remember watching the new World Trade Center top out from my college dorm. Changes indeed!

This looks nice, but is it really in Tribeca? And even if it is, this isn't the Tribeca street I'd want to live on; only the top 15 floors or so that peak above the neighboring buildigns will have great views.
