Thank-you!! What great response time. I see why no one has posted any new pics....they are obviously focusing on the interior right now, cause nothings really changed over the past month.

The glass is slowly getting up there on 111. They can't put the glass up until after the fire proofing has been done on a floor... The cladding on UPAC is almost done other then the sign. A lot of work is being done on regent street... I would've walked over and got some more photos but it was really rainy.. If it's not raining next time I'm out I will try to get more photos

Regent Parking Garage

The majority of the concrete panels on the northwest corner of the structure have been removed. Also a new protected walk way has been built in front of the small two story building on 100 South. I am curious if they are doing more work to that building than the renderings depict.

The project is to the point where it is almost changing daily. I would expect the windows to be topped out in the next few weeks. The fire proofing is almost complete. They have been working on the fire proofing on the final floor this week.

Just a minor update: Cladding has started going up on the remaining floors. By the time it is to the top floor, the fireproofing will be complete.

Anyone know or have an estimate on how soon the crane will come down once the cladding is complete?

I have a good view of the 111 from my balcony so I watch the progress maybe a little more than I should. Looks like they are able to do a story of cladding every two days. End of day today their will be just three levels left to complete before the crown. Hopefully we will some work on the crown in the next week or two.

That video made me think how nice it would be if we saw the Zion's Bank corner filled in from that window.

I have connections with the catering company that is going to be doing the food service and cafe at the PAC. They are scheduled to do a walk through about once a month or so, and if my schedule permits I've been invited to join them. If allowed I'll try to get some pictures, if not I'll simply have to describe it.

I looked out of my office window this morning, which is about 6-7 blocks away from 111. And it appears that they are starting to put the glass wall around the crown finally.

Can anyone confirm this?

I can see the south and west sides of the building from my window and I don't see any glass on the crown. They still have the top three floors to go. The top floor is currently covered with a tarp

I drove by it during lunch, and seeing it from a different angle.... I can confirm that what looked like a glass panel from my office angle, was definitely not a glass panel. my mistake.

Does anyone know if the building is self supporting yet? Or have they just not removed the temporary steel around the base.
