I'm looking forward to their new project though, 581 is a bit small for me but it'll suffice for now!

IMO, that "ugly" connaught building blocks your mountain view

Yeah, Vantage Pointe is pretty attrocious. Belongs with the Lumino Triplets down in the south end

At least with projects like this and and the WAM re-activation of the Astoria site, the quality in the Beltline is definitely going up.

Luckily the city changed regulations regarding floor plans so that no more Vantage Pointe's will happen in the future.

I attended the SAM awards last night and was very happy that Qualex-Landmark won condo of the year for Mark on Tenth for 800 sq feet and smaller and also for condo project 800 sq feet and larger. Qualex-Landmark really cleaned up with Mark on Tenth.

I like Qualex-Landmark A LOT. Hope they stick around and add many more quality projects to this city in the (very) near future

Yeah, if they can sell out Mark, in its location, they will make a killing with Park Point! Looking forward to seeing some renders. Hope it has a cool shape!

saw the sign on 11th Ave for Park Point on Saturday, went to the sales center and spoke to the hot lady in there. They don't have any information on Park Point yet, they will know more in the summer. Can't wait to see what will Qualex to offer in this competitive market this time.

I heard they went with a different architect for this one. They have been using Raffi for their projects in the past.

I can't even imagine how well Park Point is going to do! It is a wayyy more desirable location than Mark, and it's right on a park. Here's hoping for another major success. Perhaps the success of Mark will encourage Qualex to alter the design of PP, making it taller?

Great update pics Surreal.

recent email from Qualex

MARK Discovery Centre Hours

With only 5 of 274 homes remaining and just 15 months since we first opened our doors, the MARK Discovery Centre will be reducing its hours.

As of May 3, 2014 we will be open Saturdays only from 12 - 4pm and otherwise by appointment only.

We would like to thank all of you who have registered, visited and purchased in this overwelmingly well received project.

Below is a list of our remaining inventory, available with only 5% down:

On the 19th floor, is our west facing one bedroom J Plan, priced at $368,800 - our last one bedroom !

On the 24th, 25th & 30th floor, is our southwest facing two bedroom H Plan, priced at $442,800-$452,800

On the 21st floor, is our southeast facing two bedroom E Plan, priced at $484,800

From MARK to the PARK

We are meticulously planning our next offering – PARK POINT - another Original by Qualex-Landmark and centrally located parkside, in Calgary’s Beltline at 12th Ave and 2nd St SW.

While official information will not be released for a few more months, PARK POINT will have the similar style layouts as the SAM AWARD winning plans that made MARK so successful, an equally wonderful finishing feature package, and of course the consistent value associated with all of our past offerings.
