Park Vinings: Anyone heard anything?

So, the latest I remember about Park Vinings was that a few years ago they got approval to turn it into a high-rise senior living community from high-rise luxury condos but it is still not being developed.

Has anyone heard anything since?

Also, why isn't there a graphic for it in the Skyscraperpage diagrams?

Edit: I see that there is a "cancelled" Skyscraperpage diagram. I think that's premature. It was converted to 33 floor senior living, not cancelled. http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=8945

The latest is that construction has started. I found out Park Vinings sold this land and that apartments are under construction. I'm trying to figure out what they will look like and if they match the original 33 story retirement community spec. I haven't seen any rezoning happening, so it may be to original spec, which would make it the tallest building in Cumberland, and about 15 stories taller than the tallest condo/apartment building, Horizon at Wildwood.
