I can't open this, but they are saying project is complete:

That's a lot of money for a 23 story building.

Phase 2

Article states that there is no timeline for future phases, but that up to four towers is still the plan.

At least they built the tallest first. And, this will be the anchor for the other 3 when it gets built. And, when the other 3 buildings are built, it will unify those parcels and make it one cohesive development. As an aside, I can imagine the town-homes adjacent to them have rise in property value. Talk about being able to walk to work and to run on the trails adjacent to the river. All they need to do now, it line up some restaurants with river views.

CHOP completes $275M center for pediatrics

Quote:
CHOP has completed a $275 million, 21-story tower called the Roberts Center for Pediatric Research. It consists of 466,000 square feet of clinical research and office space on a portion of the site along Schuylkill Avenue. CHOP has begun relocating employees in phases that had been working from 3535 Market St. and, between now and 2022, 1,200 people will be working from the space. The Roberts Center is the first of what could eventually be a four-building master planned campus of more than 2 million square feet. When the second building might kick off is unknown at this point though a site has already been readied for that structure.

I thought this was a cool angle of the building with the city behind it.
