I've heard that this one will be starting in 2-3 weeks. I guess time will tell.

Is there any design changes on this one or are they going to stick with the original design?

I've heard it's still the original design from 1996...I mean 2006

I think the digger and pile driver have been there for a while. I've heard they are just waiting for release of the BP.

The status as of today. Some activity, but not much, just moving stuff around. The pile driver is now upright.

For pile driving and excavation, a basic fence can be put up in just a few hours. Once a crane is on site they'll have to put up proper hoarding and overhead.

The rental of that unused equipment is digging into their profits. I wonder what the hold up is.

I had heard that they have applied for a BP, but it is on hold, due to the usual dotting of the i's and crossing of the t's.

I went past this site the other day and there were workers at the site. I didn't get a chance to see what they were doing. I wonder if they've started?

These pics are from a few days ago. Some concrete cutters doing some work.

I could be wrong (not too familiar with equipment), but I think there might be a pile driver lying down on the grounds now. I think this one is going to go pretty soon.

I'll be going past there today, and will try and snap a pic.
