Has anyone purchased a home in here?

I went this weekend and it's about $600/sqft, was wondering if that's a fair price for that community

I think that $600 / sq ft is fair price considering that Qualex-Landmark gives out better standard specifications than most condo developers. So sometimes it is hard to judge by the sq ft if one developer is putting in Arborite countertops and laminate flooring versus Corian countertops and hardwood flooring.

797sqft one 10th floor is about 430, 2 bdr comes with a parking spot, 1 bdr doesn't and it cost 40k to get one. (the 797 sqft unit on 32nd floor tops at 498k, saw it on their price sheet)

My friend went there yesterday, there are only 16 units left and they are offering only 5% down to reserve one instead of 10%

Mark is the fastest selling condo in DT, it is little bit more compare to others around, but imo it is totally worth it with its location, amenity and furnishing

Thanks - I went yesterday and purchased the 1 bedroom for 350k. Definitely one of the better developers in the area and I'm glad I made the purchase. If anyone is considering purchasing here, you can PM me for extra details (ie. schematic layouts, budgets, etc...)

The 527 sqft sold out a long time ago. I opted to purchase the 581 sqft.

Apparently only 19 units remaining. Pretty impressive. Qualex-Landmark seems to hit homeruns every time. Looking forward to 'Park Point' next.

Even more jealous! and even more congrats! It's going to be one of the best buildings in the city! The 581 sq. ft. unit has a great layout, with mountain views!

We are lucky to have Qualex so active here in Calgary.

Can't wait to see renders of Park Point. What is the maximum height allowed on the site?

I'm not sure what the maximum height is but Mersar had mentioned that Qualex showed plans to the Beltline group showing two towers for the site, one 30 something floors, and one 20 something floors.

WEAK SAUCE

I was hoping for something that would compete in height with Guardian. I figured with the success Qualex has had with Calla and Mark on Tenth, that they would go all out on this great location.

No kidding eh! We could have had our own junior version of One57.

Haha mine actually looks across the garden, I don't think I can see the mountain. (Then again, I don't live in Calgary so I forgot).

I'm looking forward to their new project though, 581 is a bit small for me but it'll suffice for now!
