Rome, Georgia

Today I decided to take a ride up to Rome, Georgia, it's located about 70 miles northwest of Atlanta. Rome is home to around 36,000 people and known for being the home of Shorter University, Berry College, Georgia Highlands College and Georgia Northwestern Technical College. The city is also the home of the North American HQ of Pirelli tires.

Looks like a handsome little place.

I like the Rome in Georgia. It looks quiet and pleasant. I´ve liked the facades and shops.

Thanks for the pictures and greetings from Madrid, Spain.

Nice; I ventured to Rome about two years ago or so myself and took some shots. You did a great job capturing the architecture.

Rome is a charmer. And Berry College has one of the most lovely campuses in the South.

Thanks for the replies! I really love all of Georgia small and mid-sized cities. I plan on going to Milledgeville this weekend.
